
Forty seats, a view of Ventotene, the sound of the sea in the background. Ristorante Maruzzella was born from a simple idea: to bring Mediterranean cuisine to life in a context that reflects its essence with local raw materials, careful preparations and flavors that are memorable.
The kitchen is open, because we love to show what we do. In the kitchen, executive chef Giovanni Buonomano reinterprets tradition with balance, working with local ingredients and recognizable flavors. It’s not about surprising, but about rediscovering: in the dishes we bring to the table there is the tradition that belongs to us, but also the desire to innovate with balance, without forcing.
