The experience takes place in the exclusive Maruzzella Restaurant, the hotel’s flagship restaurant, with a breathtaking sea view and an atmosphere that blends the scents of the land and sea, complemented by the aromatic essences of the garden.
The lesson begins with a guided walk through the aromatic garden, among Mediterranean herbs and freshly picked lemons, where you will discover the fresh ingredients you will use during the lesson and the secrets of their use.
A cooking class to experience firsthand the ingredients of the local food and wine tradition.
Amidst the natural scenery of the Ischian landscape,
our executive chef Giovanni Buonomano, custodian of traditional island recipes, will share with guests the secrets of creating delicious traditional dishes based on selected local ingredients.
A blend of flavors and aromas that will stay with guests long after they return home.
In the kitchen, everyone will work together, following the chef’s instructions step by step to create a delicious three-course menu:
Entrée, first course of fresh pasta rolled to order, second course, and then, before enjoying the results of this fun teamwork, we’ll toast with our sparkling wine.
